I posted about it asking for help on a Facebook Group and Pro Rooter Plumbing offered to come out in -15 degree weather to PEYTON and help take out the stuck cat.! Although we didnt get it out, he did leave the vent wide enough for the cat to crawl out, while being lured with cat food! He tried everything he could to get the poor cat out.! "So, we had a horrible overflow in the kitchen. I cleaned dishes and the sink started to overflow so I turned on the garage disposal. Well it overflowed with food and nasty water all over the underneath and all over the floor! I freaked out. My husband went out and bought a snake and tried to do it ourselves. And still it overflowed. We called Mike and he got back to us. He came out ran a 60ft snake down down and pulled out a embedded root in our pipes. So we were never going to get that out! Very please because now it runs with out it clogging and overflowing!"

My dog had chewed through multiple wires and the damage was worse than we initially thought. Despite the difficulty of the repair, Mark was very upfront and reasonable about costs the entire time.
