Select Garage Doors

"My garage door broke, and Select Garage Doors charged me $500 just to close the door. I then chose and was quoted a price for a new door. I put my deposit down and waited to be contacted about installation, but never was. I called the company who said I would be getting an email or text shortly about installation….nothing. I decide to wait a few days, maybe they are really booked? Nope. I call back, and they tell me the price I was quoted is incorrect, and the door I have chosen is twice the price of the original quote. They said they called to let me know - I have no VM whatsoever. I requested a refund immediately and went with another company. This whole process wasted a month of my life while I had to park outside in the snow and ice. I really wish this would have been handled in a more prompt and professional manner. I get mistakes happen, but please deal with it instead of leaving the customer to wait and wonder. I would not recommend this company based on my experience."

"A technician came out and did some routine maintenance on my garage door hardware. My already-quiet doors got even quieter. And he did it fast. I watched closely so I could do it next time, but the price was so fair I'll probably just get them to come back out every couple years."

Trent was helpful , answered all of our questions and gave suggestions for repair or replacement of our door. I explained our current garage door opener and panel were also acting up, and he took the time to explain what garage door opener brand they use and why they use that product. Trent was very nice, knowledgeable and fixed our current door so we can use it until the replacement comes in. We look forward to the final repair once the part comes in, and have even decided to upgrade our entire system with them based on Trent’s conversation with us. I love supporting local small businesses and especially veteran owned businesses that take pride in their work and employ good people!
