"I would highly recommend CDS and Bryan Jeffords for mitigation and restoration related to water damage. Bryan quickly responded and was on-site within 2 hours after notifying him that a pipe had burst. Using infrared thermography Bryan showed me exactly where the water had permeated the floor/walls and ceiling. He immediately placed commercial grade equipment to start extracting the water while drying/dehumidifying the structure. Bryan oversaw the entire project himself. He doesn’t have multiple people managing the mitigation vs restoration process. He is very hands on visiting the site once, sometimes 1-3 times a day to ensure everything was completed to his satisfaction. He is also very thorough at explaining not only his companies restoration process but also what to expect as it relates to filing a claim and working with the insurance company.
