"I am never one to leave review but Denver ATI is that bad that If I could leave 0 stars I would. The individuals doing the work on the house were always professional and kind. The work was so so. ATI took months to get started and rushed at the end which means quality suffered - Cabinets in the wrong place, filthy appliances put back, missing items, etc. They lowballed a bid then doubled it which took forever to get through insurance because the ATI team couldn't figure out how to submit the supplement. My real warning is the regional manager - he is unprofessional and rude, speaking down to me anytime I brought up one of the many issues that came up with their work or lack of. I received multiple invoices (different amounts but same invoice number) and they failed to submit documentation to insurance correctly for months yet had the nerve to threaten me with legal action for not paying on time (they did this on an incorrect invoice I was trying to fix). When I tried to get to the bottom of it, I was talked down to more and gaslit like I was making excuses to not pay. The real reason for staled payment, incorrect invoices and insurance telling me not to pay based on ATIs multiple errors. I ended up having to go to corporate ATI to get clear answers and a resolution. If you want to waste a year of your life fighting with someone who treats customers poorly feel free to use ATI otherwise you'd be much better off with anyone else."
"I was left very disappointed with this company. They were amazing at the beginning, responding very quickly and were communicative. After the demo was done and we approved next steps for restoration work, they came up with a super lame excuse as to why they couldn't complete the work (something about the tenant being rude) and can't be responsible for anything and completely dropped the project after tearing out carpet, baseboards, and drywall. I think they underbid the project and wanted out, but who knows. Regardless, that is just not the way you do business if you care about your reputation. We're back to square one after several weeks have gone by trying to get this finished."

Jordan Miller was my project director and he was kind, really listened to me, and made everything work so well I was extremely impressed. I don't normally leave reviews for anyone but they were so far above and beyond I really wanted other people to know so that they could use them too!"
