"Made the mistake of using this company at our shop, have never been so disappointed. Not only do the techs show up late (if they show up at all) they do not properly perform repairs, having to call them back 5+ times for the same issue. One time one of their techs was watching YouTube videos on the repair he was attempting to perform, and broke the unit in the process. We have since switched to a different company and could not be happier to not deal with the runaround and to have repairs done properly the first time."
