"Don't have them replace your water heater. 1st day they had as many as 3 plumbers onsite for 7 hours and cracked the replacement. 2nd day they had as many as 2 plumbers onsite for 6+ hours, and left saying they had the wrong model. 3rd day their "best man" finished the job in 4 hours and left. Upon inspection, he left at least half of the water lines uninsulated in our exterior water heater closet AND didn't connect the outflow to the existing drain pipe in the floor. I have reached out twice and haven't gotten a response. If my water lines freeze, I will be looking for a hungry attorney. Very frustrated right now."
