They installed a pop-up drain on the end of the drain and totally fixed our issue quicker than can be. Called them yesterday afternoon, and we were fixed and ready to go by noon today! "Jacob was incredibly professional and kind and answered my many many questions and taught me a lot about what he was doing. He also found me a first time customer discount and helped me unclog an additional line. I called to get help with a leaky shower and not only did he fix every part of the overflow line that rusted out but he also helped me with a washing machine hookup issue too so I could drain my washer in the basement. They sent Nico out by 4:45 and he completed the main line roto rooter and removed tree roots and debris. It’s 6:10 right now and he has already cleaned up and left. This was such a wonderful service.
