"Horrible staff & overall company. Overcharges elderly, misdiagnosis of problems but still charges and it still leaks. Employs lazy, tattoo’d smokers and no customer service from the management, if you actually get a hold of one. Shouldn’t even be able to survive small town America. Stay away"
"This used to be a lawn mower repair shop. Had my wife drop off 3 lawn mower blades for sharpening. They charged her $30.00. 3 new blades are $25.00 total. Called another shop and sharpening is $15.00. They also did a lousy job of sharpening. Girl behind the counter was very sassy. I will take my business to Big Tool box at County Line and Holly."
