"If you like poor customer service and lack of communication, this place is for you. Aden was late opening the store, and while waiting outside for him to arrive, three customers stated they would go elsewhere. Also, Aden promised the phone would be repaired in 1 hour or less and when we called after two hours he stated it would not be done until later that evening. We picked up our phone and went elswhere also. The manager or owner of this store needs to know Aden is not only losing them money but alienating customers too."

"Terrible customer service! I was referred to them by my cell phone provider due to my battery expanding. It turned out my mother board went bad and they could not keep a battery in the phone. I was told that once I had my new phone I could bring back the old phone and they would do a data transfer for me. They never mentioned a fee. When I brought it back they told me there was a fee and they didn't know if they could do the transfer. They called me and said the battery didn't have enough charge and to come back in a week. I came back and it was the same story. They do not want to help you even to put a battery in the old phone for a data wipe."

"I took my laptop in to get the computer screen fixed and they told me it would take a week to two weeks at most. after ordering the initial replacement screen i waited for over a week for them to update me and i never heard from them. when i reached out a member of the store checked and said that the website they ordered from canceled the order without notifying them so they needed to order another part. After the associate confirmed that they ordered the new part i was told to wait another week and it should be done. After a week I called again for an update and i was informed that the screen they were installing broke and they once again had to reorder the part. They once again reordered the part and after another week my computer screen was fixed. Overall they ended up having my laptop for a month and a half and i was always the one reaching out for updates. When it was time to pay for my repair I asked the associate if I could recieve a discount since it took much longer than anticipated and the associate told me no and I paid $450 on top of the original $250 down payment. Overall I am very disappointed because they told me over and over how quick and easy the repair would be but I was constantly having to check in and get updates myself."

"Had a severely damaged Z Fold 5. They did their best to accommodate even after discovering additional parts would be needed than expected. Out of the ordinary the damage that was done! Regardless, even with an upset customer, they still were extremely helpful, kind, and great to work with. Kudos to their team, and in the future will bring any other devices here. Hopefully not too soon! Thanks to everyone that helped! You have my vouch for anyone that asks! 10/10. Go here."
