"Update in response: Like I said, I'm not paying $150 (btw, much more than other places) for a service visit so you can tell me I'm wrong. And "Well if it worked for a year, it's not our problem." Last year we had a very mild winter, so I didn't realize until this winter that the humidifier drain led OUTSIDE, so it froze, backed up, and flooded my house. And yes, after I get this underway, I will be talking to building inspectors. I had my furnace replaced and a whole house humidifier installed just over a year ago. Not only did they leave the place a mess (even after we brought it to their attention; apparently they didn't have a shop vac, so they couldn't clean up), but they were also a hassle to work with to get the excel rebate. I've recently discovered they used a saddle valve on one of the water lines, which isn't up to code in Colorado and SURPRISE, it leaks. Also, they recommended a furnace to me that was WAY too big for my house, which means not only did they overcharge me, but the furnace will not work properly, is inefficient, and will probably die way sooner than it should. Can't believe I got scammed so badly. Update: For $150, they can come to my house and tell me I'm wrong. Lovely."

"Wheeler's installed my furnace 13yrs ago. With irregular maintenance I have had no issues until now. My furnace refused to "fire up". I called, they returned my call when promised AND walked me through some simple trouble shooting, whaLah that fixed it! I know, had I called a random company they would have came out and charged me for the simple fix or replaced a part that didn't need replaced. Wheeler's is my go to for life! Thank you!"
