"I thought the technicians were very quick at fixing my battery and screen. However, right before I left my phone with them they wanted to know the password to my phone and wrote it down. I didn't think too much about it at first, then as I left I felt it was a bit odd since Apple does not usually ask for a password when you leave your phone with them during repairs. When I went to pickup my phone I didn't get too much eye contact from the tech who worked on my phone. Hope my privacy wasn't compromised here. Has anyone else experienced this?"
"The service itself was good, but the customer service? Not so much. When I went in to have the new screen put on my phone, I asked when it would be done. The gal said 3 hours. I asked her, given it was a 15 mile round trip for me to the store, if they should email me or I should call in before I returned. She said no need for that, and the phone would be done in 3 hours. I came back in 3 hours and no phone. When I explained to the new young man who was there then what I had said to the original person, and that this delay forcing me to have to come back a third time would be very inconvenient, he said, "Well, we're busy." No apologies, no concern at all for my situation, Just "We're busy." Not the way customers should be treated."
"I had two phones that needed to be repaired, an iPhone SE with a broken screen and an iPhone 5c with a bad battery. Both phones are now like brand new. Aaron, the assistant manager, worked with me so that I could use both coupons I found online, even though the coupons had restrictions. Aaron was super friendly and helpful. He even put on the screen shield for me and said he would replace it in 24 hours if it didn’t set right and I was not satisfied. I highly recommend!!"
