"Wow. Wow. Wow. We were doing a pretty big renovation at our new home in Aurora before moving in, and it involved a lot of plumbing work. Toilets and sinks were being replaced, and the 45 year old shut off valves wouldn’t work. Same with toilets. Two bathroom were gutted and everything replaced - showers and tubs too. A lot of work. Our original plumber ended up flaking, and we were in a bind. I read Bootstraps reviews, and gave a call. Payton was super friendly and responsive, stepped in right away, and saved the day. He was courteous and clear. He worked hard and stayed focused. He exceeded our expectations. He’s definitely our plumber going forward, and I feel lucky to have found him."
