"I called on a Tuesday, got an appointment for Wednesday. That was great! They said they are local, not really, and could get to me next day. 2 hours before my time window I received a text from an 877 number requesting I call regarding my appointment. I called and someone, obviously not in this country let alone town, answered and began yelling at me that they had been trying to get a hold of me since the night before. I had one missed call from a couple hours earlier, that I didn't answer because it was not local and that was it. She then proceeded to tell me they would need to change my appointment to the following Monday because their specialist for our brand of refrigerator was out of town. When I asked why I wasn't told that the day before when I made the appointment she began yelling at me again telling me I should have answered my phone when she had tried to get a hold of me! Wanted to use this company because I thought they were local, guess I was very wrong!"
