"Bummed that they diagnosed my oven for an issue that wasn't fixed when they came out to service. They ened up charging me more after Mt first service despite the quote they originally gave me. Seems deceiving but we'll see after they come out next time with the other part. The fault code my oven was giving was easy to Google and they got parts that wasn't associated with the fault code.... Very fast and friendly service, however. I wish I can give Brandon just a review for his help because he was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. I'll update this review once it's fixed and working."
"Brandon fixed my washer and dryer. He accomplished the task perfectly. He is very thorough and asks probing questions. Very professional and fast once the issue is diagnosed. Friendly and personable. Above and beyond because Brandon worked during a snowstorm."
"Rodolfo was amazing!!! He was friendly, efficient, and helpful! He immediately solved the problem with my dryer. He had the parts in his service truck and gave me a very reasonable price for all the work! I would definitely call Action Appliances again and further more I would ask for Rodolfo! Great work young man!!"
"After 1st missed appointment, and 2nd being an hour late in a 4 hour window, when I’m literally 3.1 mile away from your location, I paid a trip charge of $94.95 for an appliance that is 26 years old, though I said the age when I made the initial appointment. ADVISE : Don’t fall victim to anyone that says “we can fix almost any Whirlpool machine our Technicians are highly trained.” Then your Technician would have known right away that there were no longer parts for the machine, before snap a picture of the VHS guide that came with it in amazement or as a joke. He didn’t even put the machine back together. Since Action Appliance missed the 1st and was late to the 2nd appointment you could have at least taken 1/2 off on your trip charge, especially since you drove 3.1 miles. Everything is just a money grab, sorry I won’t be one of your returning clients."
"Second chances are usually not deserved, but Angi recommended them so I gave them one. First time around I caught the technician putting a bone in my disposal to try and sell me a new one... little did he know I had just used it right before he was there and no one else was home. Unless it was magic, a pork bone doesn't just appear out of nowhere and end up in the disposal. This time they did a maintenance for us to clean the lines in our washer. The next day it was leaking which it wasn't before. They sent out another technician who did not even open up the washer but instead determined it was a cracked pump housing, a part which he could not get. I called another company for a second opinion. They said they could find the part and would order it right away, but it didn't seem right. Fast forward a couple of days... the new company came out with the part and determined we didn't need it and wasn't surprised because that part "doesn't just crack", he pulled apart the washer and determined it to be a hose that wasn't properly reattached. I contacted the ever so pleasant man who answers the phone there to let him know what had happened and that I would like a refund for a portion of the repair that I had to pay the second company to fix their mistake. His response was that they did the work and I would not get a refund. I can agree with that, but I gave them a chance to fix their mistake and was basically brushed off with something that didn't even exist as the excuse. All of this could have been avoided if they would have just inspected the work when it started leaking rather than making up something that doesn't even happen to a part. You can see in the picture that it was a simple fix."
