"Robert helped us fix a mistake that I caused by mis-wiring a new switch. The mistake caused a short that did not trip the breaker...and fried the existing wire that ran our furnace! Unfortunately the wire was compromised somewhere in the wall. Robert tried squeezing into a couple tiny attic holes, but the wire was un-reachable, so he had to run a new dedicated line to the circuit. Mr Electric was the only company that could respond in a timely manner to this emergency. I appreciate Robert working hard to try to save me money before we ran the new dedicated line. I would gladly work with Mr Electric and Robert again."

He came back out and fixed it. He was kind and helpful. The cost was more expensive than we thought it would be but I don’t have a means of comparing “standard” pricing for the industry."
