"Zachary D. did a fantastic job with a difficult situation. Our common plumbing between 2 condo units is joined with a “T” instead of a double “Y”. The previous plumbing company snaked from my neighbors condo kitchen sink straight up into my kitchen sink. After they were dismissed and Zachary was called in, he tried diligently to get his snake to go down the “T” instead of across. Failing that, he ran his camera to the “T” from one condo, and his snake from the other condo, while viewing the camera on his tablet. We could watch as he twisted the snake until at last he successfully went down the “T” and cleared the clog. His tenacity, dedication, and inventive thinking saved the day!!! This guy deserves a raise. Highly recommended, gladly would refer to my family and friends."
