"Edit #2 all was fixed as required by the town, and full service was completed and passwd inspection. EDIT: got a call from the town that I was about to have my power shut off due to the meter being on the roof and the lines not secure to withstand a storm.They are set to get out there ASAP to fix it, and then have the proper meter put in by the 27th and Inspected. I will update again once things have ( hopefully) been done correctly. They have been very helpful, and patient, we have asked so many questions. Rick took a solid 30+ minutes to call us and walk us through e verything that was done and explain what we didn't understand."
