They both take pride in their work and are highly skilled. There prompt service and prices are also unmatched. I briefly described the ernie with my garage door over the phone to ernie and He immediately determined the ernie without even having to look at it. He sent his brother ernie to complete the job. Within an hour- My half way hanging off garage door was as good as new. Also today- I was having trouble programming my home-link mirror in my car to open my garage door- ernie took time (while working on a job) and walked me through how to do it over the phone.
