When I stopped him from pulling out the unit and explained that if he needed to be careful and not scratch the vinyl floor, he figured he should let us do the work ourselves and ran out. That was after suggesting the unit was fine the way it was. Then he put us down for a no show. They only have one tech, named Angel."

"This company has been awful. Our Bosch dishwasher that cost a hell of a lot of money has been down for over 6 months and we have had a repair technician out 3 times. Once to replace the pump and then that solved the problem for a month and the issue returned and so did the tech. The tech said we needed another new pump (all under warranty)...so we wait and wait and hear the tired old "material shortage excuse" for 6 months and when the tech did come back out, he didn't have the parts he needed. He gave us the "President's HotLine" and we have left two messages and haven't heard a thing from them. So now we are left without a working dishwasher so all I can say is don't buy from Appliance Factory and if you do, don't get the warranty from Brand Source....they don't provide what they say."
