"I am very dissatisfied with my experience with this company. All but one of the light bulbs are out in our fridge/freezer and changing the bulbs didn’t remedy the issue. We were told a 3 hour window for arrival with 30 min text/call prior to arrival. The technician arrived 15 mins outside the window and didn’t give us the 30 min courtesy call. It was inconvenient but we understand things happen. The technician was very dismissive of our concerns and told us we just needed new bulbs. He mentioned the bulbs needed to be specific to the fridge. He ordered us the bulbs and with the visit fee, charged $105. The bulbs arrived and the lights still didn’t work. We contacted the company again and set up a new appointment. Again, we were given a 3 hour window with the promise of a 30 min courtesy text/call. The day came and after waiting 30 mins outside of the promised window, no one had contacted us. I reached out to the company and they had no idea why the technician was late. Then they told us they had an emergency and would be able to come later that night. Again, we understand things happen but the lack of communication and respect for our time is extremely frustrating. Both times we wasted the middle of our day just sitting around when we had other errands. We cancelled our appointment and shared our frustrations. There has been no follow up since (about 2 weeks ago). It was clear at that point this company didn’t care enough to remedy their technician’s poor assessment or me as a customer. As a result, I would not recommend this company."
