"Fixed my car really fast and gave me some great suggestions on good tire places."
"After purchasing my 2013 Buick Encore through Colorado Motor Cars (an overall pleasant experience) I was forced to work with this shop and had nothing but issues from day one. The catalytic converted needed to be replaced and so I took my vehicle in at the beginning of September with the expectation that they would be replacing the part but was instead told they needed to run a diagnostic to determine what part they needed to order. Okay...so sure enough the catalytic converter needed replacing so they tell me they will order the part. A month goes by, I hear nothing so I start calling. I left no less than 5 messages with their liaison through CMC without any form of communication on when the part was expected. Finally I get a communication and was told that I needed to bring my car in for further diagnostic (I questioned this and the appointment was never scheduled). Another month passes with no information on the whereabouts of the part. Finally in late November I'm contacted with an estimated time frame on the catalytic converter. But am then informed that they will be putting it in a different car to make sure this particular brand is up to snuff (as they had never used the brand before). I inquired as to why they wouldn't just put it in my car and let me test it for them. They told me to make sure I didn't have to come back for another repair they wanted to test it in another vehicle. Strange but, okay. Then another week passes after they supposedly installed the part before I hear anything... Finally the catalytic converter for my car is on its way, expected in another week. I take my car in at last after being told the repair would be a few hours and I would DEFINITELY be able to pick it up same day. I drop it off with Guido, the wonderful and accommodating manager at the Colorado Motor Car dealership next door because none of the mechanics were in yet. He takes down all my information including that I would like them to fill my tires as their pressure was low. I let a few hours pass without any communication. So I check and am told that the part is installed but they're testing it and need to test it for another 3-4 hours!? After informing them that I was quoted a repair/pick-up time of a few hours they lazily explain to me why they need it for longer. So I leave it expecting to still be able to pick it up before they close. The 3 hours pass and I call again to check the status. They inform me that it's not even close to being completed and that it could be another 50 - 100 miles of testing before they can release the car to me. I decline and tell them I will be picking up the car and arrive 5 minutes later. Suspiciously they have it in the parking lot, ready to go when I arrive. Inside my vehicle I discover trash, that the items on my passenger seat had been thrown on the floor, and that the quarter tank of gas I came in with was now on empty. Fortunately Guido (the manager of the dealership not the repair shop) was willing to rectify the issue. So the repair is "done" and I'm picking up my vehicle. I speak to Fransisco, the manager of the repair shop, who couldn't give me a believable reason as to why the repair took nearly triple the amount of time I was originally quoted. He also refused to provide me with any sort itemized overview of the work done on my car since the dealership was paying for it. This process started at the end of August, when I purchased the vehicle, and wasn't "completed" until today, 12/10/2021. If at all possible, avoid taking your vehicle here for repairs."
