"Excellent company and superior service by Juan Nunez! I called Sveagle Plumbing because my water heater had stopped working. Juan came out the same day and determined it needed to be replaced, and also pointed out the rust on my copper piping from the shut-off valve. I appreciated that he didnt say the piping had to be replaced right-away, but said to keep an eye on it for leaks. I went ahead and had him replace that, too. I was provided with two estimates based on what size of water heater I wanted. Juan was very professional and competent! He started work right away and came back the next day to finish the water heater. It took another day to finish the piping, but that was due to getting the outside water turned off my the water company. I highly recommend this company."

"Sveagle returned my call right away approaching in a Friday afternoon approaching the weekend when another plumber did not show up - they got me in touch with Mitch- who was willing to come on a weekend and help me after a few big plumbing companies had been in here already and missed things they really shouldn’t have. One sink turned into one very long Sunday and a mushroom cloud of other issues- Mitch stayed and did what it took and got things done that day and also showed me several issues needing addressing. I decided to go ahead with the large amount of work recommended and a different technician came fairly quick to complete this few days of a lot of work. We had some issues after install that needed addressing- but they returned when things broke again and did whatever necessary to repair it all, we hit other snags and unexpected things in the home needing repair- and despite it being a bit of a process, in the end, they kept coming back until everything was right. Brent and Trevor were sent was sent to fix what needed to be and the things I wasn’t happy with and where we had some communication breakdowns, and did a great job making sure everything was taken care of and I was clear before and after. I really do appreciate the knowledge and correct diagnoses finally- and the commitment to getting things right no matter what it took. I do trust this company knows what they are talking about and they do care about their work and will stand behind it. I had moments of being very frustrated, and Brent handled that and the end of getting this wrapped up very well. Despite it being not a perfect experience, which happens sometimes, I would recommend them and I would use them again.! They did stick in there and fixed it all and made the rest right. The work is quality, the diagnoses finally accurate. I do believe they care about that- and I do not doubt if something happened with what they worked on they would be back again to fix it."
