"I have used their services many times. They have always been prompt. Recent experience was disappointing. With my recommendation, my tenant requested service on a refrigerator ice maker. The person doing the scheduling told my tenant, no service could be booked without payment on an outstanding invoice. It had been two years since my last service. I had never been contacted about an outstanding balance due. When I called, they apologized, saying they had made an error. The ice maker was repaired, simply by re-attaching the shut-off arm. I questioned the charges. Will not use them in the future."

"I really enjoyed working with JR and his team originally. They were responsive, until they weren't... They received their money, put warranty on their work and when it failed, they were nowhere to be found. Do yourself a favor and find another repair company. I'm not sure how I will address their warranty work moving forward but it will be with extreme caution."

"Have a Kenmore Refrigerator and compressor went out. $1,500 to fix. They replaced the compressor.....twice.....Then the control module and compressor and had to come back several times. It finally worked but sounded horrible for about 7 months and then died again. It was UNDER WARRANTY and they came to check it, said the board was dead and quoted me another $500 to fix. They are nice, I agree, but could not fix this and we paid a ton and then when warranty came into play, tried to charge me another $500. We got a new refrigerator instead and will NEVER recommend this company."
