They told me they could not service me until they scheduled someone else in the area which is terrible treatment of the customer. That being said Calvin and John came to my house to fix my A.c. and they did a fantastic job! Awesome guys! They not only fixed it but taught me some ways to keep it colder while saving money! They deserve a raise! The guys who answered the phone, not so much"

"They were great the first time they came out. When my AC unit failed again a month later, I scheduled 5-6 appointments that were never filled. The technician never showed up."

"I had to clean up the mess on a heating system installed by Bagi. They had incorrectly cabled some of the zone valves. Instead of thermostat1 wires going valve1, thermostat2 going to valve2... as should be, they had connected one of the thermostat1 wires to valve1 and the other to valve2. As a result, 3 out of 7 zone valves couldn't ever work. There were other issues, but this alone speaks to the quality of work you should expect from this company. Make sure you test anything they install before they leave, because they won't."

"Kevlin with Bagi Mechanical came out to our house today to fix two gas leaks on our solex pipe joint and gas valve. Kevlin was fast, friendly, and highly knowledgeable. After Kevlin fixed the leaks, he gave my partner and I a detailed educational chat about carbon monoxide and what to look for on/in our furnace as signs of malfunction. It was clear that Kelvin cares about the safety of his clients and takes pride in his work. His compassion immediately gave us great peace of mind. Bagi's rates are very reasonable and much lower than the two other furnace companies we called. We highly recommend Bagi Mechanical!!"

"I had a great experience with Bagi Mechanical and specifically their service manager David. The heat in my condo went out. I called Bagi at 11:30 a.m and spoke to the operator, she said she could have someone over at my place between 12:30 - 1:30. David showed up within the time frame, was very polite and showed diagnosed what was wrong with my heat. He then took the time to explain to me what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. He was diligent and and efficient, and about thirty minutes after he showed up, my heat was up and running."
