"Completely unprofessional damaged part of the sidewalk that was not supposed to removed and refused to replace it. When I said that I would pay for it they try to charge me $1,500 for a 3-ft x 3 ft 4-in thick Square. Since they didn't do the repair or finish correctly now my sidewalk is all uneven and chipped up and just looks awful. Their excuse was our Plumbers Don't Do concrete! No care for customer satisfaction at all then they left mud chunks of concrete pieces of sewer pipe all over my front yard as well as a full dump truck load of dirt seeping mud all over the place for the Thanksgiving holiday. Then when I called to ask when it was going to be removed they acted like they had no idea it was left there completely disorganized! The pictures just don't do justice I have scrub the concrete trying to get the slop that they didn't clean up off there's just no remedy and all the Landscaping that looks like it's done good has been me and my friends and my money to get it where it's at after they destroyed my yard and just left it like that. BEWARE"

"Recently contracted Go Direct to replace my clay sewer pipe and they did a great job. I sent the estimate with an explanation of repairs and a video of the sewer scope to my insurance company and approved the claim right away. They initially quoted me a full replacement in the yard and pipe lining the line in the street. What ended up happening was a full line replacement all the way and there was no upcharge or any hidden costs. The work was completed in about 10 hours in one day and my plumbing was functional again. They came back the next day to patch the road and all said and done the job took about 14 hours over a day and a half which I thought was a pretty quick turnaround given the scope of work. It's been about two months now and I have not had a single issue with my sewer line. I can finally flush toilet paper again!
