"Very difficult to get an appointment with and very slow response. They will do the work needed, tell you one thing and do another and then charge you more than you were quoted. After their technician had broken a valve on our backflow system and said the company would pay for the repair they made the repair and charged us for it anyway. Trying to get anyone on the phone to resolve issues is like getting teeth pulled. Very painful to deal with!"

"Things started off great. I spoke with Darrel who was very accommodating in getting a tech to my house quickly for the time frame I was needing. Somewhere along the line, there must have been miscommunication about the work I needed done so they sent a second tech out the following day to complete the work. That work was completed early October and I received reports for two of the three units I had serviced before the tech left my house that day. It's been almost a month at this point and I'm still trying to get a copy of the third unit's report. We've left several voicemails on several different numbers as well as spoke with two different people with no report provided as of this date. The technicians seem very knowledgeable but the communication seems to be a struggle."
