"My MacBook Pro was suffering from frequent lock-ups/shutdowns, and very poor performance from Safari. In spite of a family emergency, Bill was able to work through all the issues, finding an Nvidia firmware update that was available (but never advertised), a hidden partition (325GB!!) left over from a former owner that was taking up valuable disc space, and finally determining that something on my hard drive was corrupted. This necessitated a fresh, clean install, and then restoration of all my programs. I'm very pleased with the results--it's like having a brand new Mac!
