"The battery on my iPhone 7 was not charging and needed to be replaced. I set up an appointment online and they were ready when I got there. They replaced the battery and my phone was ready in an hour and a half. When I picked it up I noticed that the Home button wasn't working. They looked at it and realized the wire that controls the Home button had come loose. They fixed it and replaced my screen protector, which was cracked, free of charge for the inconvenience. Great customer service!"

"I made an appointment to have the battery changed on my iPhone 6 using the company’s website (Batteries Plus) and received a confirmation. I showed up at the time given and the store had no notice I was coming. They assured me that they would be able to help me anyway. I left my phone with them and it was ready three hours later as they promised. Aside from the appointment problem, I’m satisfied with their service."

"Glass was replaced at the cheapest rate I could find. It looks nice. My complaints are that my new screen seems to stick up a bit more than the original, and it is very sensitive at times while also not being sensitive enough at other times. It is causing some issues. If you really care about the functionality of your phone, I would suggest getting your screen done elsewhere... although maybe this is just my experience, could be different for you."
