"i was in this location today because my phone had some lines on the screen, only that problem, no other problem, it was in perfect conditions, they told me that they were going to change the screen, everything was fine, but when they delivered it to me ,the button to unlacquered it no longer worked. Pointed this out and they told me that if i wanted to fix it i had to pay more ,obviously it bothered me and i didn't agree because when i handed it over that part worked, the atmosphere became tense and they called the police , because i refused to pay more for it, Very poor service and because they damage something on my phone that was useful,i ended up taking it to another place to have it fixed where they did and it turned out fine but obviously i had to pay more after the bad time I've had here at this place horrible service and zero customer service...."

"This place was amazing at first. It was easy to get in and the people were super nice and helped repair my phone at a good price, or so I thought. But now my phone screen is glitching and doesn't work how it used to! If you are thinking about going to this place with an iphone DON'T!! If your trying to save I buck like I did don't even think about it. My phone is messed up and I have to pay more now to get it fixed properly by Apple. So if you do have an Iphone DO NOT GO HERE. Just save your money and go to Apple to get it repaired. I still liked there customer service and they had super nice people who are genuinely nice but they messed my phone up and waisted my money. Really dissapointed in this shop. DO NOT GO HERE just get your phone fixed at an actual place."

"Super nice guys that helped me out HUGE in a pinch. I went in to possibly replace my phone because I thought mine was beyond repair. It had a cracked screen and then was dropped in a puddle. It wouldnt power on past the logo start screen and kept auto trying. I tried to restore it and had no luck. As I was going out of town the next day, I was super stressed about getting a phone, They took a look at it and told me they could get it done same day. A few hours later, my phone is back to life with a new screen and battery and no signs of the water damage. They saved me lots of $ and stress and I'm so thankful. Highly recommend."

"I recently visited this shop for a back glass replacement on my iPhone Pro Max. The owner was accommodating, fitting me in on the same day and showcasing genuine friendliness. Initially, I was quite satisfied, especially for the price of $150. However, my contentment was short-lived. Just 10 days later, the glass succumbed to a minor fall, despite the protection of a case - a stark contrast to the original OEM glass that had weathered much more for over two years. Upon reaching out, the owner proposed a solution - a $50 discount on the new repair. While I appreciate the gesture, it didn’t seem prudent to risk another $100 for potentially the same outcome. In summary, while the service aspect of the business shines, the quality of the materials used does not meet expectations. I hope they consider upgrading their parts quality to match their excellent customer service."
