I had two dozen quotes from six firms for new units come through, but B&B put together the most comprehensive packages with the most options - and the prices were also very competitive. Sebastian was my sales POC and he knocked it out of the park, explaining how different setups work and the pros/cons of each. He's a straightshooter and excellent communicator that tried to meet my needs without uneccessary upsells. I trust him completely. On installation day, he did a warm handoff with Cody & Bo. The two of them did an AMAZING job. There were a few unforeseen complications that popped up due to faulty adjacent home equipment and they shifted without batting an eye. I'm a hands-on guy and they walked me through each hiccup, their solution, and patiently answered my many questions, all of which I appreciated thoroughly. They are top notch techs and Cody is phenomenal team lead! The whole teardown and install was impressively completed in a single day. "Sebastian and Cody are outstanding installers. They installed a new Carrier Furnace and AC at my own home a couple of weeks ago, it is running great. The old Carrier lasted just at 13 years so a little disappointing, but the zoning ability is a great function on Carriers. Sebastian understands the zoning function very well, hence why I moved to B&B several years ago having never found a Carrier HVAC provider locally that had the same insight and experience. And just yesterday, Sebastian and Cody installed a new Furnace and AC for my Mother-in-Law. For both installs, Sebastian and Cody arrived on time and completed on time.
