"I just spoke with Liz and not a very nice lady I don’t know what her issue is. You’re supposed to be nice to customers but I guess she doesn’t think she needs to be. So I was a little taken aback by that but I don’t have another place to go since Rainbow only has one service center way up wheat ridge. I Think they should have some thing for people down south and no I’m not gonna drive an hour to Colorado Springs to get it serviced. When it’s under warranty I think they should be a little bit more customer service"
