"My friend is happy with the service he got here. Thank you so much for fixing my friends breaks And for the estimate. He really appreciates this business."
"I'm so grateful to have found Rocky Mountain RV and trailer service. Robert and his team did an exceptional job working on some repairs and maintenance on my mobile dog grooming trailer. Robert was patient in helping me to fully understand all maintenance responsibilities on my end and so much more (I'm new in this space) and left walking away more confident in my rig and comfortable. They worked diligently to complete the tasks within my timeline. I utilized their services at the shop, and take peace in knowing he's also available for mobile. I highly recommend them, and I'm looking forward to continuing to see Robert for our trailer and campervan needs!"
"I did not have a very good experience with this company. To summarize my frustrations: 1) I had arranged to go to the shop rather than receive mobile service because I had the understanding that the shop would be quicker, and I'd be in and out. 2) Using Google Maps, I drove out to their location. But it wasn't there. I called to find out the correct address, but had to leave a message. 3) It turns out that the mobile guy had me on his schedule and called to let me know he was running a bit behind. I told him where I was and that I had arranged to go to the shop. After talking with him a bit and under the impression that the rate would be the same either way, I decided to drive back to my campsite. 4) The guy was there for two hours, but I got charged for three because of his travel time. I didn't argue about it initially, but I cringed as I handed him my credit card. 5) The next day I called to talk to someone about my bill. Jessie was understanding and said she would relay the message to the owner and have him get back to me. I never got a call back. 6) There was a part that had to be ordered in order to fix my furnace. Original service was on Wednesday and by Monday morning I hadn't heard anything. When I called, they told me that the part was on backorder and wouldn't be available until almost two weeks from now! I told her that wasn't going to work. I asked if I could find the part locally and drive out to their shop, if they could have someone install it today. She said yes. 7) I made a few phone calls, found the part, picked it up, and then headed to the shop. Robert (the owner) greeted me and started the work on my furnace. Turns out I didn't need a new circuit board after all! There was just a loose connection that Dean (the mobile guy) had happened to miss. So now I had a $137 part that I couldn't return. 8) When I talked to Robert about my concerns with the bill, he was not very understanding and said his guy should get paid for the hours he put in. (What I should have said in response is, "What about my drive time?") He even said, "You know that saying, 'the customer is always right?' Well, not in this industry." I swallowed most of what I wanted to say, but he agreed not to charge me for the service today, so I just accepted that and went on my way. Despite all of these frustrations, I will say that everyone was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Yeah, Dean missed something that he should have checked for, and Robert wasn't as understanding as I would have hoped, but maybe I just caught them on a bad week."
"Google maps is wrong on their address. The owners are aware and are trying to correct. I can't express how thankful I am for the exceptional service provided by this RV mobile repair shop. With Labor Day weekend plans on the line, we were in a tight spot when our RV's slide motor gave out. After explaining our situation, they managed to schedule us for the very next day, which was a lifesaver! Their professionalism and efficiency shone through as they expertly replaced the slide motor with the parts we had on hand. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable, and it made our trip possible. Super grateful for their timely assistance! Highly recommend this shop for any RV repair needs. Most places have been booking out for 2 months and Lazy Days RV is way behind, their customer service is also lacking. I will choose this place in a heartbeat next time! Friendly people! Great prices for labor (less than Lazy Days at 175 per hour and weeks to even diagnose an issue, let alone fix it). I can't express enough that this place is the best!"
"Dean was incredibly knowledgeable with helping us do a once-over on a used pop-up we had just purchased. Incredibly patient explaining everything I had questions on, and making sure what we needed fixing was in working order. He fixed on site what we needed fixed to get us going, and we will be using him to fix our "less important" issues on the off season. Happy to recommend him, and will be using him moving forward."
