"Had to get towed yesterday due to minor accident in snow. Sanchez was awesome—bright spot in an otherwise crummy day. Kept in contact with us the whole time, was very friendly, and got to us very quickly despite a snowstorm. And didn’t even hesitate when he realized he had to lay in slush/water to hook the car up.
