They confirmed their appointment via email and text and showed up on time. When the technician was en route they sent me another text letting me know he was on his way and had a picture of the technician so I knew who I would be meeting with. Seth was my technician and he was very professional, did a great job, fixed the issue and adjusted my door so it operates more smoothly! He was quick and efficient and I could tell that the job was done correctly. "My husband and I built a home with minimal issues from the ground up. Ironically, the most agonizing and unprofessional experience was with Advanced Garage Door. Literally, the last item we needed for our home. Perhaps this company started out as quality and then spread themselves out too thin. After giving a down payment of $5000 on March 1, we waited five months, including a series of many unanswered phone calls emails, with a non-specific reason for delaying the 6 to 8 week timeline. Loss of the vendor, change in help, accountants leaving the the job, etc. We were painfully strung along for 5 months until we finally canceled, waited an unfair amount of time for a refund, and eventually went with another company who delivered within four weeks. This was by far the worst experience we have had with a company in our lives. I gave one star for the customer service agent who really tried to help communicate this ongoing fiasco. This company will respond to commercial needs before residential needs. And you will take a backseat. Look elsewhere."
