"I scheduled time with this company to replace a sink tube in my bathroom sink for my condo that was recently renovated. I had to drive long distance to meet their plumber on time which was set and confirmed twice by the owner of the company couple days before the scheduled day. After waiting about an hour, no plumber had showed up. I called the company to inform them that their plumber did not show up. They informed me that they are going to reschedule the time. When I spoke to the owner of the company, he was defiant with bad altitude instead of being apologetics. I do not recommend anyone dealing with this terrible company. This company is not professional and does not respect the customer time at all. There are many professional plumbing companies in town that can do a much better job with good attitude. Ver bad experience!"
"Josh provided excellent customer service! We had our water heater start leaking on a Friday night and didn’t know what to do. We had called other places claiming to be 24 hr service and got nowhere. We called Bradley plumbing and they answered right away and walked us through how to turn off the heater and the water to the heater. We were able to send pictures to ensure it was all done correctly. They were amazing and saved us from making any mistakes."
"Josh bailed me out after a plumber bailed on me while I was on international travel. Josh came in and went above and beyond to get our project done knowing that I was not in the country. He even fixed minor things that I had not noticed and informed him, and his price was really good. He was always on time and communicated very promptly and frequently. He even installed WhatsApp on phone so he could communicate with us. I highly recommend Josh, his customer service is impeccable."
