"Purchased new appliances from Appliance Factory in September. Nearly 3 months later and our refrigerator and dishwasher are still not functioning properly. Brand Source has sent a number of install teams and repair techs over the past 80 days. They have tried replacing the refrigerator, damaging our home in multiple places delivering the second fridge. Problem with water dispensed ice maker is still not resolved. Same with dishwasher. Had not worked since initial install and they have not only been unable to fix it, they misdiagnosed the issue. We had to have an independent appliance repair company come to get things right. The Brand Source techs no-showed and lied about it, and their techs were very unhelpful and not trained. They are owned by the same company as Appliance Factory, and both companies should be avoided at all costs!"

"If I could assign zero stars I would! Unprofessional, poor quality and managed to damage the thing they were installing then loose the replacement for over 4 months!!! Still waiting and tried to pass off work that wouldn’t pass code (luckily had an inspector that day). Dishonest — do not believe in the “we care” slogan — they won’t even return calls on the “presidents hotline”. How this company continues to exist is a mystery to me. Professional and knowledgeable they are not and they don’t give a crud about work quality otherwise they might return a call once in a while."

"Brian Fortune was AHHMAZING! He was early to the scheduled appointment time, which never happens with most repair techs. He was friendly, time efficient and provided great customer service, fixing the door hinge on our dryer at no cost. I highly recommend using this company if they have more techs like Brian :)"

"I'm really not usually a complainer- pretty mellow. But I felt the need to share After 4 visits from their technician and 2 months without a washer, they were unable to repair my machine. On the 3rd visit (I even took the morning off work) their technician didn't show up. No phone call- nothing. They call the night before and give a 2 hour window of when they'll come, which makes it a bit of an unknown for us working folks to schedule around. . . After the 4th repair, I was offered a replacement washer. And Kelsi was very respectful to listen to my complaints, validate them and help come up with a solution. So it was a bit of a frustrating experience, but hopefully my experience was anomaly, as it appears from the other comments that some people have had a great experience. ."
