"I called this morning for my fridge that quit cooling the day before, right when they opened. They called me right back and was able to be at my house timely. They diagnosed quickly that it was the compressor and was under warranty. They gave me the # to call LG to start the warranty process and went to the shop to get a compressor they had in stock. All in all from initial call, diagnosis, back to shop and back to my house to complete 3 hours. Nice, honest guys.
