"This was absolutely a horrible experience. RipOFF 101. I called to let them know I had already had one service technician out to replace the heating elements that kept blowing. We told them: "we think there is something else wrong". When i called I asked is this a locally owned company or corporate, they responded corporate. Since I had already had problems with my previous repair, I decided to give them a try. Well apparently, they are not a corporation. This phone number belongs to a lead generating company and they send out independent contractors to do the repair, which I did not realize until it was too late. They sent out someone representing their own organization, the Appliance Chief. Before we had him do work, we explained the problem of the heating element continuously blowing out and we think there is something else wrong. In TEXT before looking at the job, he quoted $350 and guaranteed a 1 year warranty in writing. However, when he got here all he did was replace the heating elements all over again. We thought he knew more because he had pointed out how the previous company had used electrical tape on a connection and made it seem like that was a big deal. Within 24 hours the heating elements blew out again. My boyfriend texted him (as that is how they had been communicating) to please come look at the machine. The repair person got irritated and told us he would get back here when he had time. Four days later I called Superior Appliance Repair thinking I was speaking to the management. That is when I learned they hold no responsibility and are merely a lead generating company. The repair tech did come out again, replaced the same part and then told us he was not honoring his warranty he had promised. Within 24 hours the part blew again, and we have asked for part of our money back, which he has not done. All in all, I would say, stay away like the plague. No one here takes responsibility, they all point fingers to the other guy, and all they want to do is rip you off. Still no working dryer and I am out $350. They wont return our calls now, so it looks like small claims is our only option. That and a complaint on google."

"Buyer Beware! this is a phantom company being dispatched out of Nicaragua, they will require your credit card number over the phone before they farm out your information to local service man. Don't do it! there is no "Superior Appliance Repair" the street address is a "rent-a-box at UPS store off Marshal Rd, it is all a scam to pop up in Google Business Search. Don't be fooled with this miss leading international internet scam. There are many other choices of legitimate established brick and mortar companies to use."
