"The mini-split system Grizzly Air finally got functional in late April 2023, after 39 installation / trouble-shooting / tear-it-out-to-redo-it visits over 7 1/2 months, turned up not working again. Despite calls to their office last Tuesday, Friday, yesterday, and today (Tuesday, 12/19/23), still waiting for a response, a week later. The friendly answering service assured me each time that the service department would be in touch right away to schedule an appointment. No call back, and Ryan has not answered my 5 additional calls to his cell phone (the mailbox is full, and cannot accept messages - goodbye). This is no way to run a business. My new heat pump, still under warranty, is not pumping heat, in December. I understand busy, but the guy who happily sold it to me does not have the courtesy to even acknowledge the multiple contacts. Unacceptable customer service. Had to call Mitsubishi; their Customer Relations and the area sales rep are pursuing the matter..."
