"Open late. Decent prices. They actually card people like they're supposed to"
"Twice now I have been mistreated by an employee with dark brown hair, a beard, and a hat because I was wearing a mask. After 11 years of shopping here, I will not be returning. I wear a mask in public due to COVID concerns. The first time he checked me out he said it looked like I was going to rob him and asked if I've been in contact with anyone with COVID. I told him no and I am immunocompromised to get him off my back. I should not need to disclose personal medical information to justify wearing a mask. I didn't need to tell him that but I just wanted to get him off my back. I went again today and he again asked me if I've been in contact with anyone. I told him no, it's not really his business, and reminded him that he asked me last time and said it looked like I was robbing him. He replied saying if I've been in contact with someone, it is his business. I doubt he asks customers without masks but if he does, that would also be pretty disrespectful. If he's worried about it, maybe HE should be wearing a mask or should not work at a place where he could get infected. This behavior is unacceptable, especially for someone checking out a paying customer."
"Mr Singh (The owner) is a gruff but great guy. His staff... not so much. They're insufferable, snarky, rude, and bad enough that I'll never go there again. Go here if you want the staff to treat you like garbage. I don't go there often anymore but last night was the first time I've been insulted at a store in the Springs for just asking how the owner is. Stay away. Mr Singh needs better employees."
"Went in tonight to pick up a bottle of scotch. Brought a 12 year bottle of Macallan to the counter and was shocked that it was ringing up for 125 dollars. I asked the clerk if this was correct and he even looked confused as the other 12 years were marked appropriately at 77-80 dollars. We took a look at the shelf and found the price tag was for a 15 year bottle, which would be appropriate for the price. He called the owner to double-check and the owner said the best he could do on the bottle would be 100 dollars. I left and took my business to a liquor store 5 minutes out and found the same bottle for the fair price close to 80 dollars. The gentleman working the shop was extremely polite and very professional. But I definitely do not see myself returning to this business based off this experience."
"If I could give 0 stars I would. Sure, they have everything you need, like every other liquor store. They’re customer service is horrible. I walked in 10 minutes before close and the cashier refused to check me out so he could leave early. I’ve been here before when I wasn’t so close to closing time and still, he was very rude, unprofessional, and the reason I’ll never be back. I wish I knew his name but he is there all the time so I assume he is one of the only employees. Awful liquor store, support other businesses if you can."
