"We had a hot water emergency and couldn’t find anyone to help us. Keenan’s was totally booked, but they suggested Evan. He didn’t let the phone go to message which was a godsend. He came out that day and fixed our emergency and then set us up for a repair. We needed a new hot water heater and he handled all the ordering and delivery, we didn’t have to do a thing. The water heater was very difficult to get in and out and some pipe retrofit work needed to happen. Evan handled it all and took such good care of us. At a very stressful time, it was wonderful having a professional with knowledge, a great attitude and warm customer service skills and very reasonable pricing. Thanks Evan!"

"Hyde Mechanical LLC. was working on the property next door to my home. They failed to put the lid back on the ground main and my mom fell in. It left her ankle cut up and a huge knot and bruise on her leg. The man that came out to put the lid back on was extremely rude and made it seem like it was her fault because they had only left it off for 15 minutes. So had it been a child that was hurt it would have been fine because it was only off for 15 minutes."
