Not just good equipment and mechanics that are knowledgeable and ready to work around the clock but dispatcher that answer the phone and work with you for your home life. They understand a man making money and there for his family too makes a good employee. Very business smart and that is rare these days and almost nonexistent in the bakken."

And try to be someone smart but really only have a 3rd grade education and vocabulary. Worst company to work for in the bakken."
