"I ordered a part for my oven which they charged me more than they said it was going to cost and they Took about five minutes to fix. Ended up costing around $320. I used the oven twice and the part was making flashing inside the oven. After calling them and asking them what they could do they let me know there was nothing they could do it it was my fault for using self cleaning oven. I wouldn’t use these people at all."

"Bought a washer they delivered and put it in for $300. It was a used washer never really worked very well. Ended up breaking relatively quick but outside of warranty. We watched a bunch of you tube videos and fixed it yourself. There were 2 parts that were on the washer that were not even designed for my washer. The washer lid switch didn't belong on it and it also had an incorrect drive chain coupler parts. They couldn't even bother to put the right parts on a 20 year old washer that I way overpaid for. It works better than ever now but they are just screwing people over."

"Terrible service,I got ripped off,the guy came out to my house while i was at work and spent more time on the phone talking to his supervisor to try different things not knowing what to do. He said the part was not available but could order it and it would take 1 week to 3 months to come in because they could not find it. I found it immediately and will be here next week. They changed my wife $78.00 for nothing and didn't even have change for $80."
