The screen on the unit suggested I call Qualtire because they installed the system and they are the manufacturing service provider for our area. I described the situation. We did not have hot water. I asked if they could come out to service the unit. He told me that they do not work on heating units in the Spring, only the Fall. I asked if I could get him to make time to service it, since we did not have hot water. He said he did not think so but would put me on a list and he might get to it in a few weeks, but no guarantee. I told him what work we have done on it since we moved in the house. He suggested I call the service provider I had been using. I wanted to give him an opportunity to earn a new customer. I told him I was dumbfounded that he was not interested in my business and was pushing me away as a potential customer. He told me that I was not a "customer" of his. I found the whole interaction to be unprofessional, negative and yet amusing. Wow!"
