"Customer service is really lacking here. This is probably the worst experience I have had at a liquor store so far. When I walked into the store with my friends they instantly asked us if we had our ID instead of greeting us and being friendly. The lady at the counter was staring at us the whole time making a selection and when paying she was extremely adamant about seeing my ID specifically. My friend was buying but she put her hand out and pointed at my wallet without saying anything when he was trying to pay. The lady did not ask to see my other friend’s ID at all during the transaction either. All of my friends and I are 21+ and I understand it’s protocol to ask for it and verify but the way she went about it was extremely unprofessional. I will not be returning."

"Well, I sure hope whoever runs this establishment takes a look at this. My autistic son is a very big fan of elf bars. Turns out this store has the best price ones in town. He rode his scooter over to this business, and proceeded to walk inside. That’s when the verbal abuse started. They commented on the way. He moved and told him that what is wrong with you you can’t stay still. Mind you my son had his ID and enough money to purchase what he came for. He walked outside of that store in tears. It broke my heart to hear my son. Tell me the story. How dare you treat any human being like that?"

"I cannot believe the customer service here. I’ve never been treated so poorly ! They literally threw my money back at me because I couldn’t find my id quick enough. I commented wow you guys treat your customers like this? They proceeded to dial 911. I literally left in tears. This was crazy! So upsetting and utterly disgusting people here."

"The store is new and looks better than there old store they had across the street but the customer service is mediocre at best they dont talk much and just stare at you as if they dont know what customer service is.They are already overordering and that place will be a packed rat house like the old store. All the customers will be buying old stuff and will like it."

"This is by far the best liquor store in the area. They are well stocked, have low prices and if they don't have what you want, ask and they will have it next time. The owner is the hardest working guy in Aurora - he is literally there 7 days a week from open to close. They moved over to the new King Sooper shopping center last year which is a major plus."
