"The windows are nice, and the installation was done very well. Just don’t expect much communication from Ken once the order is placed. The order was delayed significantly from the estimate given, and not all windows (22) arrived at the same time. All follow up communication was initiated by me, not the company. Excuses were offered, but never once did Ken offer an apology for the delays. He only blamed Anderson. The installers were great, organized, punctual, and did a very conscientious job."
"Up date, 1/14/24 we have the window as promised and the company did a good job after the correct window was recieved from the supplier. we would use this company again if the need arises. 2 years ago We had this company put in a window box for plants and after several months a subcontrator framed in the window but he installed a broken window! The company said the window was broken in shipping and they would install the right window when it was available. Three months later, still no window !"
