"This was the only place open until 12am when I had to do a last minute liqour store run! Thank you for staying open!"
"This is in response to “Joe” the customer who thought he was so important to go into the cooler that is CLEARLY marked “Employees Only”. If you were the only customer on the store, why didn’t you simply ask the on-duty employee for help? Also, how would you like it if someone came into your place of employment and entered an area that was meant for you and your colleagues? The sign on the cooler door at 3 Rock or any other place of business that states “Employees Only” is there for a reason…. Just curious… when you go to a restaurant do you go into the kitchen and start making your own meal just because you can see the food being prepared for others…????"
"Horrible customer service. Tried calling the store many times over several hours to inquire about the availability of an item, no one ever answers. I took a risk and drove all the way there anyhow to check if they had O'Dell's cucmber crush beer, and to figure out why no one was answering. I arrived to the store and the only person there was the Cashier standing next to the register, ignoring the ringing phone right next to him. I walk up and he asks how can I help you? I tell him I'm trying to find cucumber crush and I'm wondering why you don't answer the ringing phone right next to you, and the jerkwad says "Oh , is that you!?" I said "Yes, how come you can't be bothered to answer the phone?" And he says "I don't have time to answer it" . I'm like what do you mean, there's no other customers in the store and your just standing there looking bored! The dude starts going off making rude remarks, completely unprofessional behavior. He should be fired for being so lazy and unprofessional. Needless to say, they didn't even have the beer I'm looking for, so I wasted my time driving there for nothing."
"Why won't anyone ever answer the phone? Trying to check availability of a product but no one answers ever."
"7pm on a Friday and I was the only customer. There were no High Noons on the shelf. I did what a normal human with common sense would do and walked into the freezer where I found a huge stack of High Noons. I picked up a case and walked out. The one employee who was helping no customers rushed to the back, and abruptly told me the freezer was for employees only.. it was almost as if I was going for the cash drawer. After processing the interaction, I walked to the front and told him I would no longer be shopping there after how he handled the situation and recommended that he stock the shelves. It’s somewhat sad as I’m sure most people were shopping for their drinks at the King Soopers next-door. Are the freezer rules really that important ?"
