"This summer I had the joy of having my late father's little sailboat in the water at Doc's Marina on McPhee Reservoir. Such a friendly, family atmosphere--my guests were always treated so well, and there were little gestures of kindness toward me at every turn. When I couldn't find a cockpit plug in Cortez, Doc put one of his own in. I could always be sure of being taken out to my buoy quickly, or in after-hours given use of means to do so. One of the nicest things was knowing that, in bad weather, my boat was being checked on or even watched overnight. Being a solo sailor, I knew if I didn't return to the marina at the end of the day, Doc or Jennifer would come looking for me. I highly recommend Doc's Marina!"
