"We were told we needed a new master panel to repair our dishwasher. The cost was less than a new dishwasher so opted to have it replaced. Only to find out that it “may not have been the panel that was bad” but could be the upper panel, which now to repair both would be more than a new dishwasher. We opted to put the old dishwasher out of service. We were given a “deal” of only $250, since the newly installed panel was not returnable. Only to find out that the old panel which may have still worked as well as the new panel which probably worked were no longer in the dishwasher but taken by the repair person."
