"I dropped off my sons iPad for a charging port repair and screen replacement on June 30th 2023. I paid the diagnostic fee of 50 dollars and was informed total repair would be 230 plus taxes. I paid in full the cost of repairs I was quoted on July 3rd 2023. After many calls to the business from both me and my husband as to the status of the repair, we were given many excuses as to why the repair had not been completed. (covid, issues with their business license, couldnt fix the soldering in house, you name it) We finally involved local law enforcement and were informed this would need to be taken to small claims. The owner of the business Fabian stated that he did not physically have the ipad at his shop and sent it to virgina for a third party to repair. After involving law enforcement we received the unrepaired ipad back on October 18th. The owner refused a refund for the lack of repairs."
